About Michael White

As an Instructional Designer and Educator, I have a passion for creating engaging and effective learning experiences. With a Master of Science in eLearning from CSU East Bay, I have developed skills in instructional design, program evaluation, and project management. I have applied my skills and knowledge in various settings, including as a classroom educator, working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds. I have also volunteered as an Instructional Design Lead for H.Y.P.E. 2 Empower, designing programs to support HIV/AIDS education and advocacy, and as a Learning Developer for Rumie, creating microlearning lessons for teens and young adults entering the workforce. My goal is to continue to grow as an educator and instructional designer and to impact the lives of learners and the communities in which I work in a positive and productive way.
