Former Hiring Manager/HR Generalist with Five Star Call Centers (formerly Lawrence & Schiller TeleServices/Midco Connections), leading recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and numerous compliance areas of HR for office in Sioux Falls, Wichita, Fargo and North Sioux City. Prior to that, I spent 5 years recruiting in the healthcare and information technology fields providing per-diem, long-term contracting, and direct-hire staffing primarily in the Jacksonville, FL and Orange County, CA areas.
