What is GoPowerEV? Right sized Electric Vehicle charging for multifamily properties. We make charging simple and convenient for residents and hassle free for HOAs and Property Managers. Why EVs charging at Multi Residential Dwelling Units (Apartments, etc)?Apartments represent a hinderance for adoption of EVs due to the lack of resident\'s ability to easily charge overnight when rates are typically most advantageous. Most parking spots in apartment buildings are physically distant from potential EV owner\'s unit, where they could \'plug in\'. GoPowerEV solves this problem for the residents while making it cost advantageous for the property owner, the opposite for most current shared charging solutions. Recent article quotes from Consumer Reports big part of the survey was determining what consumers see as barriers to EV ownership, Harto says. Not surprisingly, vehicle range and availability of charging stations were chief among U.S. motorists’ concerns.\"\"71 percent of respondents said they would do most of their charging at home. CR has found that the owner of an EV with 250 miles of range can do 92 percent of their charging at home, assuming they have access to a garage or parking space with a home charger.\"
