   Manage all aspects of an active, volunteer-based, community television station with a budget of more than $400K.Projects & Accomplishments• Provided strategic planning and guidance through four cable television license renewals• Built and oversee station\'s YouTube Channel with over 7,400 subscribers.• Facilitated the acquisition and design of a $200K custom-built television production truck• Serve as the primary Engineer in Charge on remote productions• Facilitate long-range capital equipment planning process• Advise and facilitate all equipment purchases• Collaborate with area organizations and develop outreach strategies• Develop & maintain the company website.Facility RelocationI successfully led the organization through a facility relocation project, from site selection to video engineering buildout. I assembled 3D building layout sketches to scale allowing stakeholders to visualize design choices and speed up interactions with architects. I also worked daily with contractors to ensure that the project was completed on time and on budget.
