Lead the evolution of the company as both a trusted creative resource and a cultural hub supporting Ottawa’s arts community.• Provide artists, collectors, and creative professionals with high-quality materials, contemporary and historic art, custom framing, and expert guidance supporting the creation and presentation of artwork.• Support Ottawa’s creative ecosystem through workshops, exhibitions, partnerships, and programming that connect artists, students, and the broader community.• Lead the modernization and growth of the business, expanding e-commerce, marketing, and digital capabilities to better serve customers across Canada.• Guided the company through major industry disruptions including the COVID-19 pandemic and relocation after redevelopment of the former building, maintaining continuity for the creative community.• Expanded online fulfillment and delivery capabilities during lockdowns, ensuring artists had reliable access to materials during periods of restricted retail activity.• Relaunched the flagship store in a new location, redesigning the retail environment to better support artists, students, and creative professionals.• Develop partnerships with artists, cultural organizations, educational institutions, and businesses to strengthen Ottawa’s creative infrastructure.• Mentor and develop a team dedicated to expert advice, strong customer service, and a welcoming environment for the creative community.
