ABOUT MICHAEL VERCELES

An accomplished Project Manager in Global Servicing. Strong work ethic, very flexible, self-starter and able to handle high volumes of work. Extremely knowledgeable in many areas of digital media which I have a proven track record. My goal is always to provide the best customer service by completing the scope of the project within schedule and within budget. Most recently as a part of Disney Streaming, I’ve managed all scheduling of Disney+ Original artwork deliveries working with various teams from marketing, localization, and AMP teams. I work every day to make sure all teams are aligned with dates and deliveries to ensure an on-time delivery of all Originals artwork. I\'ve also managed all partner accounts and helped create delivery workflows for these artwork deliverables. In my time overseeing requests, creation and delivery, I’ve managed 715 titles with a total of 2,860 pieces of artwork delivered. Since the start of 2021, I’ve coordinated the scheduling of artwork deliveries, localization, and AMP (artwork, metadata, package) for the final push to service. Working with cross functional teams, stakeholders driving meetings for discussions and updates, and creating SOPs and documentation. These have included all high profile teams for series and titles from Lucasfilm, Marvel, Disney Branded TV, ABC, Disney Animation, Pixar, National Geographic since 2021. Previously during my tenure at the Walt Disney Digital Studios, in 2019 I had a strong year. l managed over 10 accounts and and title managed four titles in a row: Mary Poppins Returns, Dumbo 2019, Aladdin 2019 & 1994, and Lion King 2019. That same year I launched Amazon\'s (Rest of World) Disney Studios titles. During this project I was capable of handling high volumes of work, requiring delivery of 378 catalog titles in 7 different territories. I was able to deliver these titles consisting of 1,232 total digital packages for all 7 territories and with a total file count of 7,734 files. Specialty: Efficient in managing day-to-day duties and responsibilities, trouble shoot, project coordinate/manage, provide metrics, create report templates/workflows, and capable of managing multiple large volume and high profile projects. Team player able to coordinate with different teams to provide results and help contribute to a positive work culture. Skills: Google Suite, Airtable, JIRA, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Zoom.
