About Michael Vath

I am incredibly passionate about the craft of building great products. I have spent more than a decade developing my own skills, studying from and working with some of the best thought-leaders and coaches around. I love teaching as well; I have directly managed Product Managers, organized local product communities, and taught workshops - to help others develop their own skills. I have a record of delivering business and customer value through the products I manage. I have worked across different industries and have been an influential partner and thought-leader at all levels and departments of my organizations. As a product leader I love to seek clarity; I provide it when I can, and define it when it’s absent. I provide my teams with clear and consistent communication with context, outcomes, and strategies, enabling and empowering them to make good decisions and deliver results. I believe that form of leadership, combined with building a strong team culture, is what leads to great products.
