ABOUT MICHAEL PAUL

Not open for sales to advice/advising/guidance/guiding/networking/new I learned early on that I would never be tall (or good) enough to make it to the NBA, I knew I should find a new career path that would take me out of the small, dusty town of Clovis, New Mexico. The United States Air Force provided that opportunity. Twenty years of military service as a leader in the medical field has taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, teamwork, follower-ship, and taking care of both your external and internal customers. I learned the values of hard work, integrity, and doing the job to the best of my ability every time, as well as learning the skills necessary to communicate with diverse groups of people.As I transitioned from the military my motivation remains the same: helping people and providing outstanding customer service. It is what I do best and my goal is to continue doing so throughout my career.My ability to succeed in my military career was dependent on my desire to always do the right thing and never let my teammates down. The awards and decorations I received throughout my career are a direct reflection of that principle. If you truly care about the people you work with and for, 99% of the time they will never let you down and will do the same in return.\"Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care.\"With my skills in management, administration, team building, and communication, I\'ve been able to lead many high-performance teams to successful outcomes including overcoming the difficulties brought upon by the largest earthquake in Japanese history in 2011, a story I would love to share with you.
