Since 2023, I have originated $400+M across 10 states with loan proceeds between $3M to $120M. Loans are sourced through carefully crafted relationships with correspondents and borrowers. I have built a network of over 30 correspondent offices and several direct-to-borrower relationships, enabling me to win business in a competitive environment. Originators are responsible for the end-to-end process of every sourced loan. Collaborate with appropriate internal/external stakeholders (legal, closing, insurance, etc.) to meet a 30-day approval process and 45-day loan closing. Present finalized investment recommendations for CMLs and equity fund investments to the Head of Real Estate or Head of Alternative Investments for approval.
