Starting at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic, my team and I led the club through the various lock-downs, ever-changing quarantine requirements to two highly successful, transformational, seasons. Club culture and member satisfaction were significantly improved through a concerted effort of the staff team. Changes in tee time booking procedures combined with modifications to tee access helped manage the increased usage during the Covid period. Changes to golf course standards were very well received, and the club had a highly centennial year with one of the highlights being host to the Canadian Senior Men\'s Championship in 2022. Since then, the club has moved from strength to strength which includes a full member roster, high member participation in all club events, and a vastly improved bottom line.
