Successfully negotiated all IT contracts from 3rd party supplier to being held in house within my department. Successfully switched out sourcing model from a Business Process as a Service (BPAS) to a multi supplier environment. Manage and direct software delivery, QA, business analysis and product owners for our broker, employer, customer, member and provider digital properties as well as our back office for Sales, Customer Service and Marketing. Lead and direct all aspects of our Salesforce platform. This includes both sales and service cloud as well as all the portal properties which are also built on the Salesforce platform.
