ABOUT MICHAEL SCOTT WINSLOW

I am a Distinguished Engineer / Engineering Director with extensive experience in many industries including: Cable, Insurance, Pharma/Biotech, Food Services, Entertainment and Healthcare.I am a dedicated people leader, an international speaker, and a true DevOps thought leader.I believe strongly in the concept of team and mentoring in the workplace. I acknowledge 5 specific mentors in my professional career and I am always willing to accept a learning role from people with exceptional technical or domain knowledge.Conversely, I am acknowledged by numerous individuals as their professional mentor. It is a source of pride to me: Why do I believe so strongly in the concept of Team?It is NOT inherent in all people to be a part of a team. Many professionals concentrate mainly on their own performance while allowing teammates to make mistakes that affect the team as a whole.I enjoy having team success and being a key part of it.
