ABOUT MIKE WARNER
I work at the intersection of financial and technical standards, regulatory policy and systems protocols and infrastructure. My career has focused on modernizing how financial markets model, classify, handle and analyze instruments. I specialize in aligning technical standards with policy, systemic risk oversight, and emerging digital innovation. My work bridges domains such as entity identity, tokenization, AI, and geometric/graph approaches which can help shape resilient, interoperable, and forward-compatible financial ecosystems. Previously in my career I spent a decade leading innovation efforts and vanguard projects in the FRS. I spent the decade prior to that as the founder and CEO of a small company advancing a holographic information system used by SWIFT and funded by US intelligence agencies. We learn a lot of our expertise through conversations with other experts; so don\'t hesitate to reach out for an informal call sometime.
