I’m a construction project manager with a Master’s in Construction Management and PMP certification, currently managing a complex, multi-year commercial and federal project. My career has been grounded in real-world execution — delivering work under tight constraints, high accountability, and real financial consequences.Alongside this, I design AI systems for construction intelligence.Over the past several years, I’ve focused on building technology that solves problems I’ve personally faced in the field: coordination errors hidden across drawings, specifications, schedules, and details that surface too late and drive costly rework. Rather than treating AI as a bolt-on tool, I’ve approached it as a systems problem — how to enable general intelligence to reason about construction documents the way experienced professionals do.My work began with training custom machine learning models for construction document analysis, including deep learning architectures for visual understanding. Through extensive iteration and real project testing, this evolved into a broader architectural insight: construction drawings are designed for human cognition, and the right AI architecture can leverage that directly without narrow model training.This led to the creation of Sanctus Videre, a construction intelligence platform I designed and built to analyze drawings and specifications, synthesize findings across documents, and surface critical coordination issues before they reach the field. The system has been battle-tested on live commercial projects and has identified errors and scope gaps that experienced specialists missed — not through pattern matching, but through reasoning and synthesis.What drives my work is not novelty, but reliability. I care deeply about building systems that are accurate, explainable, and usable under real construction conditions. I enjoy the craft of designing intelligence infrastructure — systems that improve automatically as underlying models advance, preserve project knowledge over time, and support better decision-making rather than simply retrieving information.I’m always open to thoughtful conversations at the intersection of construction, systems design, and applied AI — especially where technology can reduce risk, improve coordination, and respect the realities of how projects are actually built.
