    I am working with the global Digital Pathology team to enable the adoption and implementation of digital technologies that will assist pathologists and their support staff across the Charles River network to assess study material more quickly and efficiently, as well as share their findings and collaborate more dynamically both internally and externally, with the overall goal of improving our investigators\' ability to move through and between studies, allowing us to get life-changing therapies to market faster.• Responsible for the administration of Digital Pathology operations• Responsible for the financial planning, in collaboration with Finance and the Product Owner, for Digital Pathology staffing and capital needs• Responsible to optimize global resource utilization and enable site planning to maintain support for the Digital Pathology program• Ensure that the Digital Pathology program maintains a quality program in support of internal and external clients and audits by regulatory agencies.
