Olive RPA team was part of the Waystar acquisition of Olive in November of 2023.• Drove the business decision to bring the Olive team on full time to replace a contracting team of 18. Team outperformed the contracting team in both throughput and quality while saving $250k annually.• Lead migration of Ec2s from cloud to on prem, saving $32k monthly in usage costs.• Contributed to 3 teams consistently through the Engineering Operations organization (RPA, Halo and SL Eligibility Alerts).• Assisted the Bot team by leading cross training effort across bot types, managing the queue and leveraging projected• Took over the Service Line Eligibility Alerts product. Lead the team that rebuilt the entire codebase to increase stability. Implemented escalation process and a stack ranked queue. Conducted a complete audit of each of the Drool Rules for the primary customer.• Worked with the Halo team in a product management role by leading their side projects (creating internal tooling). Also led the escalation process, completed PHI offload cases, rebatcher cases and completion of the biweekly build(s).
