I hold a MSc in Healthcare Leadership through the NHS Leadership Academy’s Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme.I was founding chair Spire Healthcare’s LGBTQ+ Network, promoting inclusion and equality to ensure staff and patients feel safe and respected.
