I led the creation of a Project Management Organization (PMO) for a newly formed startup, establishing the frameworks and governance necessary to scale rapidly and deliver with precision.I defined and implemented company-wide standards for planning, execution, and reporting—ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and enabling consistent delivery of strategic objectives. My leadership extended to building and managing critical partnerships with general contractors and subcontractors, fostering collaboration and accountability across national deployment efforts.In my capacity as Gigapower’s national lead for outside plant infrastructure, I directed large-scale deployment programs, balancing speed, quality, and compliance to meet aggressive business goals. I also introduced innovative programs to accelerate execution and elevate performance as the organization scaled.Recognizing the importance of external engagement and improving relationships with municipalities, I led the development of new processes for municipal coordination and permit execution—streamlining regulatory pathways, increasing awareness of limitations, constraints and enhancing market readiness.
