ABOUT MICHAEL SMITH
I design courses and curricula and deliver courses in analysis and design, project management, emerging technologies, and information systems for undergraduates in Georgia Tech\'s Scheller College of Business, where I\'m experimenting with \"flipping\" the classroom and the use of generative AI to support all aspects of course design, development, and delivery. I also work with undergraduates, other faculty and staff, and people from industry to create opportunities for mutually beneficial interaction such as case competitions, in-class presentations, club presentations, and site visits. Specialties: Course design, assessment, systems analysis, database design, project management, and emerging technologies. Member of the PMI and several IS-related associations. I use low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Mendix as prototyping tools in my systems analysis and design courses.
