That experience shaped how I approach team development, accountability, and creating a workplace where people can thrive while delivering results.Today, I serve as CEO of a law firm, where I focus on operational strategy, performance optimization, and building the infrastructure needed to scale effectively. My role centers on aligning teams, refining processes, and creating clarity in environments that demand both precision and adaptability.In parallel, I’m the founder of NorthStar Operations, a consulting company focused on helping businesses improve efficiency, implement scalable systems, and elevate overall performance.
