About Michael Smith
Gaining an appreciation for business watching my father and uncle open and operate their own small business of restaurants, I was encouraged to study business at The University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating, I received an opportunity to work in finance for Dell Technologies in their Finance Development Program. Working on four teams from Global Sales to Internal Audit, I developed my hard financial and project management skills. I am now developing further my hospitality and restaurant operations experience at Chick-fil-A with the hopes of owning and operating my own franchise one day. Outside of work, my hobbies include cooking, baking, magic, mariachi, and hiking!
