Possessed a FBI Top Secret (TS) and DoD Compartmentalized Program security clearances. Managed and supervised large-scale, high-profile, sensitive and highly classified federal investigations with a particular focus on white-collar offenses (e.g. financial crimes, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, False Claims Act, and healthcare fraud); as well as, matters of national security, intelligence community counterintelligence, and defense industry security. Offers corporate and individual clients over three decades of private industry and government innovative investigative leadership experience.Extensive experience in multiple civil and criminal trial preparations for county, state, federal and appellate court jurisdictions.
