He is the author of articles, abstracts, and book chapters on these and related topics, some of which are published in prestigious peer-reviewed scientific journals such as the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, American Journal of Sports Medicine, Journal of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, and Arthroscopy.Dr. Shindle has delivered more than 100, local, regional, national and international invited presentations in his field. He is a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, among others. Dr. Shindle is a native of Madison, New Jersey. He was former captain for the Madison High School and University of Delaware Ice Hockey Team. Dr. Shindle continues to strive for excellence, by continuing to develop innovative techniques practiced in orthopaedic medicine.
