I lead Chortek\'s Managed IT team, which provides outsourced IT services to privately-held business clients. My team is responsible for providing a fully functional IT department for our clients. This includes OPERATIONAL IT SUPPORT (data backup and disaster recovery services, server and cloud administration and extremely fast help desk services) and ADVISORY IT SUPPORT (consulting with owners and managers to ensure IT services stay aligned with your organization\'s mission). I provide leadership in maintaining high standards of client service, utilizing best practices that meet the rigorous quality standards of all of Chortek’s professional services. My team truly cares about providing a positive experience on every interaction, be it with end users, business owners or vendors.I regularly fulfill the role of Chief Information Officer-for-hire, bringing experience in technology management issues throughout the business. In this role, I assist business owners and leaders with cloud strategy, business risk assessment and remediation, cybersecurity preparedness, multi-site and mobile workforce efficiency, vendor management, and internal technology employee management.I maintain certifications in cybersecurity and information system auditing and uses these skills to design and implement cybersecurity programs for businesses.
