Created, built, and launched the Axon Hosting Internal Programs (HIP) Service, a service for hosting internal programs – available for all Axon FTE employees, built 100% with Claude Code (MVP in 3 weeks), on AWS. Improves on 3P offerings from Vercel / Railway, by automatically handling DNS/certs, Okta auth, secrets management, cost management (free vs cost center allocation), and vulnerability detection, consistent with Axon best practices. Since launch on 12-March, hosting 150 applications, and adding new features daily. Led product strategy for Axon Dual Cloud, enabling Axon to deploy seamlessly to both Azure and AWS. Spearheaded launch of “LLM in a Box”, allowing Axon to leverage AWS GPU clusters through Azure-native orchestration, improving flexibility and cost-efficiency of AI workloads.
