Customer-facing role on the Group Insurance Customer Data Management team which requires technical and business expertise, and end to end onboarding process knowledge. • Define solutions for our customers and their Third-Party Administrators for file exchanges • Draft business requirements for several file exchanges that are tailored for each customer, which may include eligibility data, disability, absence, voluntary, term mailing, and other various data feeds for downstream interfaces • Create and execute detailed and thorough test plans, ensuring both our custom file feeds and the internal set-up within our administration system produce accurate results • Provide on-going production support for existing customers as well as updating existing processes for changes in plan design or the addition of new groups of employees. • Solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions either using existing technologies or leveraging new ones • Train offshore team in File Validation and QA processing and tools for several complex file exchanges needed for our new customers during their onboarding process
