Key Career Impressions: Spearheaded interiors, special missions, and flight sciences programs for Honda Aircraft Company to deliver a new functional interior design, a 94% decrease in production flight sciences discrepancies, and wind tunnel testing for the 2600 program. Led a 114-member Production Engineering department at Honda Aircraft Company in streamlining production processes and executing new product features for the HondaJet. Orchestrated the implementation of Lean process improvements and tooling automation efforts to deliver efficiencies in air-launch weapons manufacturing/production HR Textron, including: Deploying a Lean manufacturing cell that increased MK-84 production, resulting in a $7M growth in annual profits. Overseeing process improvements to decrease customer return repair time from ~120 days to less than 30 days.
