Michael joined ICA as a Principal in 2005 and provides consulting services to the firm’s Clients in diverse industries from higher education, pharmaceutical and real estate developers to international non-for-profits and hospitality, while maintaining specialization in private equity/opportunity fund, high net-worth/single-family offices (SFO), and REIT structures.In 2011 Michael established, and manages, ICA’s West Coast office in Newport Beach, California from which the firm services many of its largest West Coast and Asian clientele providing risk assessment, management, and audit as well as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) services.Licensed to practice law in New York State, Michael is a member of the New York Columbian Lawyers’ Association, First Judicial Department and the Society of Risk Management Consultants (SRMC) – serving as a Board Member from 2013 to 2015.Michael currently lives in Newport Beach, California with his wife and four daughters.
