I am a labor & employment litigator at Foley & Lardner LLP licensed in Texas and Colorado. My national practice focuses on management-side labor & employment litigation and counseling, with particular emphasis on prosecuting and defending claims of trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement and defense, FLSA wage-and-hour defense, Title VII and EEO litigation, and employment counseling and training.
