Responsible for all operations within the Family Care Center (FCC) clinics in the region. In coordination with the clinic and corporate leadership teams, manages all regional staff, maintain positive relationships with partners across the region, oversee the services provided to patients, drive a culture of positive impact and the FCC Way, and implement continual improvements in services to deliver outstanding patient outcomes- Manages and develops an effective staff: providing effective communication, leadership, guidance and resources. Determines staff qualifications and competency: recruits, interviews, selects, hires, trains, orients, mentors, evaluates, coaches, counsels, disciplines, and rewards- Establishes and monitors staff safety and regulatory compliance- Identifies and expands best practices across and between clinics- Ensures effective peer clinical supervision is provided in all clinics- Provides subject matter expertise in support of clinical quality, safety, research and training efforts under the Chief Medical Officer.
