I lead technology and engineering organizations through the transitions that tend to go sideways: platform modernization, AI adoption, and data capability builds in regulated industries where getting it wrong has real consequences. Healthcare, finance, agriculture: environments that don\'t reward improvisation and don\'t forgive misalignment between strategy and execution.My focus is where strategy, data, and product meet: building platforms teams actually trust and use, establishing engineering practices that make delivery predictable, and helping organizations understand where technology adoption breaks down before it becomes a larger problem. I work best with senior leaders who want honest perspective, not managed messaging, and teams willing to take real ownership of outcomes.A few years ago, my wife and I relocated to 30A Florida, a deliberate choice to work differently, not less. Living on the Gulf has reinforced something I\'d already come to believe: the clearest thinking happens when you have enough perspective to see the whole picture. That\'s what I try to bring into every engagement, whether I\'m leading a team through a hard technology transition or working alongside a leadership team as an outside voice on a specific problem.I\'m always open to conversations about senior technology leadership, particularly in regulated industries where data, AI, and organizational change intersect in ways that actually matter. I also take on a small number of focused, one-off advisory engagements each year for leaders who need an experienced outside perspective on a specific technology or strategy challenge.
