About Michael Ronga
Finding my purpose has been one of the most difficult and insightful journeys I have taken. I have recruited students to drive a bus, welcomed first year students to their new home for the next four years, learned how to make wine, and led a student organization that enhanced my leadership capabilities. All of these things brought me great joy, and they have one thing in common: people.That is why I am passionate about human resources. It seeks to match the right person with the right career. As someone who has struggled with finding their purpose, it gives me great joy to see someone take on a new challenge. Now, I am looking for that same challenge. I am excited, nervous, hungry (all the time), but most of all, ready.
