Emea Head of Early Careers Recruitment @Bloomberg

In April 2022, I was appointed as EMEA Head of Early Careers Talent Recruitment, where I am accountable for leading a high-performing, diverse recruiting team, dealing with all recruitment activities for Bloomberg Financial Solutions, Data, Apprenticeships & Early Engagement programs, whilst managing a budget across campus spend, events, sponsorships and marketing. I oversee the full end-to-end lifecycle of the recruitment process, lead and mentor a diverse team of recruiters and coordinators, develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to source the best talent, and manage partnerships with key global and regional business leaders. In addition, I work closely with Global Recruiting Partners, Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Development and Recruiting Operations teams, whilst leading HR business planning and forecasting activities.
