ABOUT MICHAEL RIGGIN
My experience includes designer positions in architecture and landscape architecture firms, independent consulting in computational design as well as marketing and branding services for design professionals, and university teaching in areas of studio design, 3D modeling, and computational design. I hold degrees in Fine Art (BFA, Painting) and Architecture (M.Arch). A combination of demonstrated skills in the areas of design, computation, written and verbal communication, public speaking, and staff management serves as the foundation for my position and comprises a unique skillset. I am driven by a core mandate to deliver the highest level of design and communication to clients possible within the established budgets and deadlines. Projects with custom perforation patterns, complex geometry, or new or novel assembly logic are the primary focus of my team. In this capacity, I directly support Estimating, Sales, and Engineering teams.A sense of ownership and diligence to maintain the design intent of the client allows me to operate as their agent, guiding projects from conception through design development, engineering, production, and delivery.
