I am a purpose-driven executive, packaging engineer, consultant, and co-founder of Shower Pouch, where we focus on removing odor and giving dignity through our innovative body wipe that delivers a shower level clean anywhere. Shower Pouch was built from a deep personal need and a desire to help others, and it reflects my core values of empathy, resilience, and creating real impact through innovation. I bring over two decades of experience across the consumer packaged goods industry, where I have developed into a seasoned leader, patent holder, and builder of high-performing teams. My career has been rooted in sustainability and guided by a strong strategic perspective. I am a graduate of Tuskegee University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus in Materials Science. Throughout my career, I have led packaging strategies for global companies such as Procter and Gamble, Clorox, Johnson and Johnson, and Unilever, as well as high-growth startups such as The Honest Company (IPO), Beachbody (IPO), and Ritual.My experience spans multiple categories, including supplements, snacks, beauty, home care, and personal hygiene. This breadth has given me a deep understanding of product development, operations, and sustainable systems across global supply chains. As President and CEO of Future Blue Group, my packaging consultancy, I help brands embrace circular economy principles by reducing waste, achieving cost savings, exploring compostable and recyclable materials, and lowering their carbon footprint. I use tools such as Compass LCA software to support data-driven sustainability decisions and work closely with clients to turn ESG goals into measurable action.Whether I am mentoring teams or launching new products, I lead with empathy, humility, and clarity. My long-term mission is simple: to deliver smarter packaging solutions while helping protect the planet for future generations.
