Responsible for execution and P/L on a portfolio of Navigator & Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) Programs. Responsibilities have comprised of management of Full Product Development Program including development of a Manufacturing Product Line for Advanced Navigators and managing IMU Product Line for Space applications. Duties have included oversight of program execution, proposal management, presentations to VP/GM level & USG leadership, financial reporting, Supply Chain / Subcontractor Management, leadership of sustaining projects and Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP). Currently leading USG Navigator Development Team through EMD Phase with a peak team of 150 full time equivalent persons. Previously led team that successfully completed design, qualification, and delivery of a full SW redesign & HW Upgrade to a legacy navigator with peak team of 85. Previously had 3-4 program manager direct reports.
