Experience as an individual contributor and 10+ years managing a sales team. I\'ve gained valuable experience in business development, training, negotiation, account management, leadership, operations and pricing amongst many other skills. Fast paced and exciting environments are where I thrive and hope to continue my professional growth. Background:I joined Strive Logistics LLC in March of 2007 as the 30th employee and 12 years later I\'m 9th in tenure. From 2007 till now I\'ve been a vital part of the companies growth and success. Strive now employs 250+ professionals at all different levels. I\'ve experienced multiple office renovations, 3 promotions from within, department restructuring and a cross country relocation from Chicago to Austin to assist in the opening of our 2nd office as employee #2. The Austin office now employs roughly 100 people whom I\'ve had a hand in interviewing and hiring. My responsibilities over the years have consisted of but not limited to operations, sales and management. I now manage an 11 person regional sales team with a focus on the West half of the United States and am the lead of our Temperature Control Division.
