ABOUT MICHAEL REDFERN

Experienced, motivated Product Manager of Medius\'\"Upstream\" products, which are the next generation AI-enhanced solutions in Contract Management, Supplier Portal, Supplier Management/Onboarding, and Procurement. My 20 years experience in business analysis and previously consultancy delivering Medius and Wax Digital (now part of the Medius family) P2P solutions has given me insight into the real-world usage and needs of our diverse client base. My previous role majored on the client-facing consultancy aspect typically running multi-day workshops for large corporate clients, but saw me forming the bridge between client, specification and software development teams, addressing both full rollouts for new clients and new features for existing clients, with input into the product development strategy and road map, which I have been extending with pure product development for the last 5 years.Highlights of my work history include rollout of Medius Procurement, the wholly overhauled replacement for Medius Buy, and my lead consultancy role on business critical, international P2P software projects for Nissan, McLaren, Kier, Dunelm, Flybe, Royal Opera House, Universal Music, Jordans Ryvita, the States of Jersey Government, Guide Dogs, Battersea, Ricoh, Vitality and Ceva Logistics.
