Lead a global, multifunctional organization formed from Solvay and comprised of four Global Business Units (GBUs) serving a wide-range of key consumer goods and industrial end-markets including: Agriculture; Home & Personal Care; Coatings; Food, Flavor & Fragrances; Oil & Gas; Mining; and other chemical intermediates. Full P&L responsibility of $4B, 4,300 employees, 19 R&I Tech Centers and 39 industrial sites worldwide. Report directly to the CEO-Presented the C&R Division during Capital Markets Day launch of Syensqo-Oversee Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) program across the Company-Developed an ambitious sustainability roadmap for the Novecare/Aroma GBUs while embedding sustainability into the GBUs “way of working.” Identified options for a nearly 25% reduction in GHG emissions and developed a comprehensive plan to eliminate substances of very high concern (SVHC)-Repositioned R&I organization to “future proof” our technology offering and improve performance and delivery of our innovation pipeline-Closed acquisition of JinYoungBio (S. Korean skin care active) and Azerys (Moroccan-based Rosemary Extract Preservatives) and successfully integrated into Group achieving business plan organizational and financial commitments.
