   Responsible for designing and directing operational practices for the Curriculum fulfillment and Lending Library departments for 10-13 schools and to students. Reduced curriculum fulfillment timelines from 6-8 weeks to between 2 to 4 days in one year. Established new operational practices that reduced teacher tasks. Negotiated reduced costs for curriculum purchases. Spearheaded the project for the design of a new online curriculum ordering system. Collaborated closely with programmers to provide design input, data point validations, and coordinated testing and feedback for the curriculum ordering system. Created an RFP (request for proposal) process to identify and select a new learning management system used school wide. Directed and managed various work groups whose aim was to create curriculum fulfillment processes specific to a variety of curriculum options.
