Establishing department, workflows, procedures, and education of various departments within PNC Real Estate\'s Tax Credit division as to how insurance assists their departments and outside clients. Includes working with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and New Market Tax Credit to establish an internal insurance department. Work with PNC Bank Mortgage Department and technology to coordinate mutual clients and proper information is captured for use by other departments.
