Responsible for Operational Excellence across Coregistics network. This includes all Lean Six Sigma activity, business solutions, engineering, and quality assurance. Managing a team of engineers, quality professionals and Lean professionals the team has launched a major transformation project. The team works with, under-performing and distressed locations across a variety of urgent, high impact situations. Our professionals are experts in their respective fields, using their skills and experience to build measurable, better outcomes for our Customers. Responsible/Accountable for leading projects, and managing the team; analyzing performance, driving cost reductions, revenue growth and profitability improvement at multiple locations in ‘high stakes’ situations. Our collaborative team, has achieved exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. The team has already achieved a 20% lift on two production lines and has executed a comprehensive Work Place Organization (6S) effort. Our Customers have already recognized improvements and support our strategy.
