Created in the summer of 2020, Region Heat is the Midwest\'s most exclusive \"Hypebeast\" Expo. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, there was a severe demand for high-end resellers to conduct physical sales and Region Heat was the place to be- Advertised through social media platforms and marketed thousands of ticket sales- Managed overhead and operational costs such as contracting, advertising, food and beverage, staffing, etc- Facilitated and directed over 60 vendors with their operations- Introduced new brands to the Midwest by bringing vendors from Boston to Honolulu together at Region Heat- Managed all internal liabilities amongst the COVID-19 Pandemic by following all necessary safety protocols such as masks, hand sanitizer, guest entry limits, and all other state or local mandates- Limited the number of guests and vendors to a safe capacity while also creating a unique network for resellers- Conducted over in sales through my personal brand, Endless Supply, at Region Heat
