ABOUT MICHAEL M.

I’m a hands-on commercial leader with deep experience building and scaling businesses across pharma, biotechnology and medical devices. Throughout my career I have focused on translating innovative science into practical solutions that improve patient outcomes while delivering sustainable commercial growth.My experience spans go-to-market strategy, product development, and full P&L leadership across emerging and established healthcare markets. I have led cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, and market access to bring new technologies from early commercialization through to broader adoption. I am particularly energized by working closely with clinicians, health systems, and payers to ensure that innovative therapies reach the patients who need them most.Most recently, I have taken a highly hands-on approach to building the Canadian market—from developing national commercial strategy and engaging clinical leaders, to advancing reimbursement discussions with insurers and health systems.Across my career I have consistently operated at the intersection of strategy and execution.
