Assisted in the creation of the Global Treasury Department following the spin-off of Donnelley Financial Solutions from RR Donnelley. Experienced in capital structure optimization, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, senior debt, bond redemptions and share repurchase programs. Managed the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Treasury Workstation that encompasses 29 entities, 18 countries and 18 banks. Pioneered a new foreign exchange process by replacing the legacy single counterparty platform with a more competitively priced multi-counterparty platform via Bloomberg FXGO, which materially decreased foreign exchange costs and diversified risk. Coordinated the defined contribution plan and defined benefit plan request for proposal. Facilitates cash repatriation by collaborating with Tax, Accounting and Legal, identifying entities with offshore earnings or capital, forecasting liquidity requirements and converting foreign currency. Manages 10Q and 10K SEC reporting, which includes debt covenant ratios compliance, credit agreement free cash flow calculations, bond price and yield risk analysis, senior notes fair market value versus book value, term loans and revolver ledgers, weighted average interest rate analysis, intercompany loan agreements, weighted average cost of capital and cash by country. Supervises daily liquidity, the cash forecast and credit facility management by training and overseeing the U.S, Europe, Asia and Latin America Treasury teams.
