   BSI, The British Standards Institute, is a global technical standards and certification body.In this role reporting to the Information Technology Project Management Office, I direct a diverse portfolio of more than 20 business transformation and technology programs. As such, I head matrixed teams of business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and vendors building and executing playbooks from initial planning, analysis, and requirements definition, through execution, change management, and signoff. Additionally, I apply Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, and facilitate process improvements and executive reporting. Key achievements:Leading the multi-phase automation of the QMS (quality) team\'s five-year forecast report used to drive audit planning.Initiating a program to safeguard our brand equity via the creation of a public-facing web database of product labels featuring unauthorized BSI credentials. As of June 2025, I prepared the program for the SDLC.Directing technical workstreams to integrate cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) credentialing capabilities in our Salesforce CRM platform.Increasing executive decision capability and data integrity via an in-process rebuild of the billable travel time module in SAP ERP and eReport.Collaborating with our IT PMO leadership on a redesign of the core project management process, work instructions, and templates.Being hand-selected by senior leadership to co-direct a key Employee Resource Group, driving staff engagement and participation through the activation of organization structures, robust programming, new feedback loops, and internal advocacy.Providing leadership and support in additional enterprise programs, including the planning of EDI connections to our core ERP/reporting platforms, and the definition of our Medical Device Single Audit Planning (MDSAP) capabilities.
