I live what I preach.In my early 20s, I began investing in Manhattan real estate. Since then, I’ve worked with real estate developers on projects in the five boroughs and the Hamptons and have purchased, sold, and managed over a dozen properties. With a background in financial services and 25+ years of real estate investing, my unique skill set lies at the intersection of market data, trends, and connecting the right seller with the right buyer for the right opportunity. We enjoy the beach life immensely and spend our free time there or exploring the endless trails on the East end and Shelter Island.
