Leading several Fortune 500 companies at implementing inclusion, accessibility, and safety best practices on a global scale for their built environments. Helping public and private organizations understand the concept of Universal Design and how it can directly impact their overall diversity, equality, and inclusion goals. I served as the Principal Architect on the Mary Free Bed YMCA, the first campus to be certified by the Global Universal Design Commission. I also continue to actively write and speak on the topic of Universal Design and have enjoyed presenting at Zero Project in Austria, the US Access Board, the Olympic Training Center, a national Inclusion Summit, Disability In conference, SRAPPA conference, CoreNet global, the University of Notre Dame, the University of Michigan, and the Bloomberg global Leadership Summit.

With over 27 years of experience at Progressive, I provide principal-level project leadership while overseeing firm-wide risk management for professional service agreements, mentor teams on quality standards, and lead key negotiations to foster successful client relationships. I spearhead the firm\'s Universal Design consulting practice, helping Fortune 500 companies and organizations globally integrate inclusion, accessibility, and safety into their built environments. As the Principal Architect on the first Global Universal Design Commission-certified campus, my work supports diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
