Support local suppliers for the Pilot and Prototype builds Mono parts, Mechanical and Assembly Focus.• Review and sign off ECOs on My Change and ensure NPI readiness, and completion of the FAI reports.• Help and supported D and E and SL departments on supplier readiness for Pilot and Industrialized Design Parts.• Participate in NPI and Mechanical engineering weekly meetings to drive the Design and Quality of the TPD.• Manage Deviation Notification Process for eScan110 by Review, Approve or Reject DN for SQE department• Represent suppliers with any proposed changes in the CCB weekly meetings.• Issue Supplier Corrective Action Request and driving suppliers on the corrective action plan to ensure issues are not recurring.• Work with prototype local suppliers and high-volume suppliers in Taiwan and Malaysia.• Point of contact for Packaging Design competency for SQE department• A solver on Mechanical Issues found during Pilot and Proto build. Identify Root Cause and drive corrective action with D&E and Suppliers. • Work with SQE team to ensure suppliers meet the Barcode Identification labeling requirements for ASML products. • Document the current and new processes, and Way of Working (WoW) for SQE department to follow, and train new SQEs.
