   Feb 2023 — Present

   Assisting an institution in transition from NAIA to NCAA DII. Performed an on-site visit and met with staff, coaches, and President. Attended NCAA on-site visit and provided assistance from conference office for responses to NCAA and Membership Committee talking points- Oversee the compliance of ten member institutions of the GLIAC for NCAA and conference rules and regulations. Assist newly hired compliance administrators in setting up effective policies and procedures on their respective campuses. Provide rules education and consulting and interpreting assistance to all ten GLIAC institutions- Oversee the championships for 20 sports across three sport seasons. Work with various host institutions and venues to create exciting and safe championship experience for participants and spectators- Assist the Commissioner in running conference Management Council meetings. Propose improvements to the conference bylaws, approve sport-specific schedules, and communicate relevant NCAA information. Provide direct oversight for conference sports and committees including men’s soccer, women’s soccer, men’s basketball, swimming and diving, baseball, men’s tennis, and women’s tennis; as well as SAAC, Champions for Change, Constitution and Bylaws, Championships, Student-Athlete Welfare, and Eligibility/Infractions Committees.
